ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 the concluding chapter summarises the research’s conclusions and implications for the broader shareholder protection/corporate governance debate. It further identifies the jurisdictions, beyond the strict scope of this study, where its findings are most relevant and elaborates accordingly. Among others, the laws of Austria, Croatia, Cyprus and Ireland are considered. It also offers a critical view on the prospects of convergence within the EU regarding derivative actions.
