ABSTRACT
The future of fruitful organizing—the idea behind forming an organization— is in more cognitive automation, not less. If we failed to make this point, it was not for lack of trying. Cognitive automation will take hold, sooner or later. This is because its aim is akin to technological innovation, which has existed and progressed since the onset of humans.
