ABSTRACT
Even a great strategic plan with brilliant long-term goals will collapse when it isn’t fully deployed throughout an organization. Deployment of the plan is absolutely necessary so everyone in the organization, and even many stakeholders external to the organization, completely understand their respective responsibilities as they relate to the organization’s mission, vision, and value statements which support the long-term goals. Everyone must know what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and why to do it.
