ABSTRACT
The SPADES approach to Strategic Planning consists of seven primary steps, with supporting key features. The seven steps have been designed to provide organization leaders and facilitators with a set of simple guidelines for development of a robust long-term strategy. Over the years, many tools have been established to assist with strategic planning; however, a step-by-step roadmap to strategic success has been missing. SPADES is the answer. The SPADES Seven Steps can be applied to any organization, in any industry:
