ABSTRACT
The scope of understanding history has expanded as much as the scope of understanding culture, and the story of this understanding goes on. There remains much to explore and still much more to observe, discuss and narrate. As long as this narration continues, the history, heritage and culture of the regions of India, Sri Lanka and the SAARC will reverberate with a new echo of discovery at every turn.
