ABSTRACT
Chapter 7: This chapter develops an asset pricing model replicating value-based pricing (based on total assets), mechanisms underlying financial operations in the Islamic economic system and the system’s assumed Islamic contracts. This model is named the capital asset pricing model (CAPM) in the Shari’ah domain and introduces an algorithm.
