ABSTRACT
‘Intergenerational Occupational Change’ is the penultimate chapter that provides details on the occupations of both the parents of the respondents. It has been found that majority parents were engaged in their tribe specific traditional occupations, and their engagement in the so-called ‘modern’ occupations is least. This data is then compared with the previous chapter to delineate the intergenerational occupational change.
