This sustained growth is attributed mainly to changes in the extent to which all sectors are demanding inputs from KIBS. KIBS act as a bridge of innovation, helping firms to acquire and use new technologies. However, new technologies are also employed by KIBS firms to improve their offer, productivity and internationalization, and can boost their relevance and growth.
