ABSTRACT
Technology is changing the way people interact and live their day-to-day lives, and feedback is no exception. This chapter explores the ways that technology impacts person-to-person feedback interactions, as well as the new ways that technology provides feedback directly to users. Online reviews and rating systems are also explored as an indirect form of feedback. After reading this chapter, the reader will understand the impact of various forms of technology on feedback exchanges, as well as the pros and cons of using each approach.
