ABSTRACT

Giving and receiving feedback can be challenging, but sometimes the hardest part of a feedback exchange is figuring out what to do with the feedback and how to put it to use. This chapter provides readers with science-backed, actionable strategies for making the most of their feedback and using it to drive greater self-awareness, higher performance, and individual learning and growth. Readers will learn how to use goals, implementation intentions, and other behavior-change approaches to maximize the value of their feedback.
