ABSTRACT
This chapter explains how to identify and deal with roadblocks. In this section, I will deal with helping the coachee to identify the roadblock separately from encouraging them to develop a plan to deal with it. Both of these tasks have to be done quite quickly given the time constraints of development-focused SSC/OAATC.
