ABSTRACT

In this book, I discuss two forms of coaching: a) development-focused coaching where the emphasis is on fostering coachee development and b) problem-focused coaching where the coachee has a problem that they are seeking coaching help with or they are experiencing an obstacle to progress in development-focused coaching which they need to address in order to resume the pursuit of their development-based objective. In this chapter, I will discuss development-focused SSC/OAATC.
