ABSTRACT
The foregoing chapters have given a critique of the establishment, judiciary and criminal justice administration system in Pakistan and constitutional, social, cultural and other related problems arising from their malfunctioning and a tendency to deviate from the time tested principles of rule of law and good governance. This chapter examines that since independence, Pakistan has failed to establish a cohesive and transparent political party system and a true parliamentary system of governance.
