ABSTRACT
This brief chapter provides an orientation for the reader, introducing them to the main themes of the book. We also outline the particular theoretical, empirical and practical contributions the book makes. In the second half of the chapter we provide a chapter outline, listing the main foci along with the specific research questions the book addresses in each chapter.
