Staying in hotels is a regular occurrence for many in our industry. Personally, I have averaged over 100 nights a year for way too many years of my life. While staying in a hotel may seem straightforward, there are some things with which you need to be aware. First, the production will generally book your hotel and will have already paid for the room. You will be responsible for any further incidental charges to the room. Be sure to always pay your hotel bill, and settle with the front desk before your departure lobby call.
