ABSTRACT
Genista McIntosh has been Executive Director of the Royal National Theatre since 1990. Previously, she was at the Royal Shakespeare Company, as Casting Director then Planning Controller, and — after a short period as the director of a theatrical agency — as senior Administrator, and then as Associate Producer.
