ABSTRACT
Having begun her career working in traditional dance forms — ballet and contemporary dance — Emilyn Claid broke away to become involved in radical dance and New Dance at X6 Dance Space and the Extemporary Dance Theatre, where she was Artistic Director. She now freelances as a performer-director and choreographer and hopes to set up her own touring group.
