ABSTRACT

Nina Rapi was born in Argos Orestiko, Greece. She has written three full-length plays: Ithaka (1989), Dreamhouse (1991) and Dance of Guns (1992); and two monologues, Johnny is Dead (1991) and Dangerous Oasis (1993). She researched and scripted the documentary ‘Greek Love and Sapphic Sophistication’, (Channel 4, 1990) and has had a variety of critical work and poems published. She is the editor of the lesbian and gay theatre journal Glint. She is also a translator, a tutor at Birkbeck College, and a visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths College, London University.
