ABSTRACT

This light chapter in contents, and deep in application, contains few assignments that faculty can apply in classrooms. The assignments are based on concepts and pillars of the Sustainable and Adaptive Leadership Model described and explained all over the book chapters. The results can be analysed and used back in developing the teaching materials again and again. These assignments are tested for more than three academic years in universities operating in Dubai where students were from MBA and Master’s degree programmes. The national mix of the students was diversified and this was a good environment to prove application of the model. It would be great to use the book space created on the web, described earlier, to encourage faculty members communicating and comparing their assignments outcomes and look for ways to enhance their practice.
