ABSTRACT
This chapter provides writing guidelines specific to writing books, book chapters, or book reviews, as well as book editing opportunities. Help navigating the publishing process (e.g., choosing traditional publishing vs. self-publishing) is also offered. The chapter includes helpful resources, including a bonus online eResource that lists many book publishers for readers in an electronic file that makes it easy to find and pursue specific academic book authoring opportunities. A closing exercise guides the reader in crafting a plan for writing a book.
