This chapter presents the names and addresses of associations, institutes, government departments and other bodies from which the Clerk of Works or site inspector may seek further information. These include the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association, Association for Consultancy and Engineering, Association for Project Safety Ltd, Building Engineering Services Association, Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Forum for the Built Environment, Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate, Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development, and the Institution of Structural Engineers.
