ABSTRACT
FIRST THING FRIDAY morning, Denise held an all hands with the first motor manufacturing shift to inform them of the good news. Of course, by now they all knew. Nonetheless there were lots of cheers and even some tears when Denise described the outcome of yesterday's management meeting. After the meeting, even Jack Van de Berg, the union president, came over to shake her hand and thank her for her leadership.
