Information gathering typically covers: Site Information, including surveysFeasibility Studies, research and analysisprecedent studiesbrief developmentCost Information. Understanding what information will inform and assist the development of the Concept Design is central to the development of the Initial Project Brief, as is the way the data will be formatted and exchanged. The outcomes and aspirations identified within the Strategic Brief will have suggested the likely key project team members required to develop the design. This stage allows for the full Schedules of Services to be finalised, based on the emerging brief and feasibility studies. The Core Objectives support the development of the Initial Project Brief and are progressed from a review of the Strategic Brief, the development of the Project Objectives, including the Project Outcomes, and Feasibility Studies to ensure the brief and site are aligned. The Strategic Brief outlines the overall vision within the Project Objectives and Project Outcomes in relation to the Business Case.
