This chapter describes the requirements for conditions and how, if necessary, they can be challenged. The provision of detailed information to the planning authority will be part of the Technical Design and the responsibility of the relevant design team member identified in the Design Responsibility Matrix or Schedules of Services. Date of consent: the consent is valid from the date it was issued, not from the date of any committee decision. Conditions require further action or information from the applicant. The work required to commence a scheme is defined by case law. There is usually then no limit on the time that can be taken to complete the project.
