In the 2002 film Minority Report, starring Tom Cruise, we see people walking past advertising billboards and getting personalised adverts. It may be hard initially to think of these technologies in a construction context, but consider the possible application on a building project: access control, together with tracking technology, already exists and is used by many industries to locate their workforce for health and safety purposes. This has already been successfully introduced in construction.
