ABSTRACT
I SEND not this pamphlet into the world under the protection of his Excellency the Lord Lieutenant,5 though of the most respectable character, because I am not in quest of place or pension. Neither do I dedicate it to their High Mightinesses the mob, how tremendous soever, as I am not looking for popularity.
