[Let him Come Down from the Cross]

The manuscript is held at Dove Cottage, Grasmere, as MS 1989: 130. It is a single sheet folded once, and then opened out flat before writing, the resulting fold-mark being used as a column divider. The order of writing is recto (left column), recto (right column); verso (left column), verso (right column). The paper is lined and written in black ink. There is no watermark.
