The manuscript is in the Wordsworth Library, Dove Cottage, Grasmere, as MS 1989.161.53. It is a single sheet of unwatermarked white paper, 189 by 231 mm, written on both sides in black ink. Several deletions which appear to be Japp’s have been ignored.
