ABSTRACT
The manuscript is held by the Houghton Library, Harvard University as fMS Eng 974 (14). It consists of two sheets: the first is folded to give two leaves, the second stands as a single leaf, making six pages in total; all pages measure 183 by 225 mm. Ink is black and both sheets are watermarked 1808; writing fills all six pages.
