The manuscript is held by the Houghton Library, Harvard University as fMS Eng 974 (13). It consists of a single sheet folded once to give two leaves 187 by 227 mm. Ink is black and the sheet bears a watermark dated 1809. Writing fills the first three pages but runs only one-fifth of the way down the final side.
