ABSTRACT

In this final chapter we conclude our contemplations on management curricula development. We pull the strands of our debate together, and put forward a number of concrete suppositions with regards to ensuring a more robust and well-designed curricula, hence reduction in biases. Furthermore, we conclude on the introduction of IL as a threshold concept for teaching RL - that it is likely to have a positive impact on student’s knowledge and understanding of RL, and thus enhance CPD and employability. Overall, it is envisaged that the radical change to the management curricula is, in the long-run, critical in terms of organisational and business sustainability.
