ABSTRACT
This concluding chapter summarizes the range of discourse patterns and discourse strategies that are introduced in this book. It also elaborates on the nature of explicit discourse strategies, provides several pedagogical recommendations, and discusses the long-term vision of learning discourse strategies for scientific literacy.
