ABSTRACT
The last chapter assesses the prospects of Greater Nepal beyond its own struggle to form a federation. It comments on how the traditional political culture and structure of all three states of Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan have been transformed to a great extent through historical process yet remained intact in their basic structures. It also surveys the various opinions regarding the politics in the three Eastern Himalayan Kingdoms, and seeks to understand what might lie ahead in their political futures.
