ABSTRACT
In line with the other standard form ship sale agreements, Shipsale 22 provides that bunkers, oils and greases remaining on board (“ROB”) the ship at the time of delivery are included in the sale but are not included in the purchase price. Clause 13 of Shipsale 22 regulates how the quantities of the bunkers, oils and greases ROB will be measured, and their prices calculated.
