ABSTRACT

As people create their Happiness Action Plan, take whatever time they find necessary, whether that be a single sitting or several sittings spread over many days. Remember that this is their plan, not anyone else’s, so make it real, genuine, and useful to them. Above all, remember that they are worth whatever time and effort it takes to get it right. The Happiness Practices they think will help them build more and more happiness into their life. Only include those strategies that they think would be of benefit. Remember that true happiness transcends momentary pleasure. It comes about in large measure by acting over time both in the service of their Passionate Purpose and in accordance with their Sacred Principles.
