ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on the relationship between technology and inter-organizational relations with respect to innovations that bring about drastic changes in routine working procedures. It provides some useful insights into the debate on the effects of technical change on employment. The changing organizational structures, for instance, due to the new technological approach prove that a paradigm change of the conception of enterprises structure is underway. Technology has become proceeded to a decisional factor of societal action. Technology has created many things, which technicians disregard despite the fact that they, themselves, are the creators of such structures. The advances in technology and organization recreate the manufacturing and management system and exclude the non-compatible structures by human manpower and organization. The global interests of the firm target lies on a concept, how employment operates, that means when workers start to work, finish work, contents of the transformed working actions etc.
