ABSTRACT
Useful and practical techniques for teaching the regularities of English sentences and their elements – sentence slots – are introduced and elaborated. These are highly helpful for L2 writers to efficiently improve their writing. The chapter also covers a range of sentence types and common errors in sentence construction.
