ABSTRACT
The book serves as a guide to understanding key aspects of any clinic the reader visits. Rather than creating a book that simply states important information about each aspect of the operation, each chapter in this book is comprised of a series of questions the reader should ask or find out the answer to when visiting a clinic. Following each question, I explain the relevance the question has or what some common operating practices might be and will occasionally indicate whether there might be a good or better practice. I provide pictures and sample data collection tables, analysis tables and graphs, sample process flows, and more to better explain my point as well as to provide the reader with tools to use.
