ABSTRACT
Social theories differ from scientific theories not only in that they are concerned with the constantly changing subject of research; social theories themselves are an important factor of the transformation of that subject itself. The new restoration seriously changed humanity's attitude to revolutionary doctrines. The French Revolution and the events that followed, on the one hand, and the Russian Revolution and the world confrontation of the 20th century, on the other, are very similar phenomena. Advocates of the theory of Fourier attempted to socialize in a phalanx even the most insignificant household items, exclusively in order to rid themselves of the very concept of private ownership that they so disliked. The development of the productive forces inevitably gives rise to the reformation of the relations of production in such a way that the upset balance will be restored and from that period there will begin the formation of a new, communist system.
