ABSTRACT
This book is about learning to design. It mainly covers two and three-dimensional design subjects such as product design, architecture, interior and landscape design as well as graphic design. It may also be a help to those learning abstract design such as software and systems. Design is a complex set of skills. These can be studied, learned and practised. Learning to design well takes a long time and much practise. Design involves a special way of thinking and design schools are special places. There is no boundary around the knowledge that might be useful when designing.
