ABSTRACT
Over the course of this block, children will explore and experiment with everyday ingredients found in the kitchen. They will learn about the chemistry of baking, look at the way ingredients interact with each other and explore some non-culinary uses for foodstuffs. During the final session, children will get to make their own ice cream.
