ABSTRACT

Create a brief Power Point as a basic training instruction on new process. Team members must work together in creating a training resource for all agency staff on any new procedures within all the different agencies. While in the implementation phase, iron out any kinks in the process, identify continued service gaps, check for weaknesses in the system, and revise any new forms. Repeated training and consistency is required by the education staff or action team point of contact within their respective agencies and they will need to remind staff regularly about new procedures until full implementation occurs. Keep in mind the action team should be utilized to problem solve any flaws in the new system and modify as deemed necessary.
