ABSTRACT
In the final chapter of this book, I want to offer some final thoughts and suggestions for actions for moving forward as we live our extraordinary lives in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages). What can we do – first and foremost for ourselves and ultimately for our students, colleagues, and programs too – to move forward along our TESOL career paths? In this chapter, I will go out on a limb a bit and outline a way forward for addressing changes and adjustments in moving along on our TESOL career paths.
