ABSTRACT
In this final chapter, the focus is on a number of meaningful issues and related implications, including the role of government and reform of the VET system within the context of the unique characteristics of a transitional economy, as well as the directions for future development. This chapter also addresses a number of implications for the HRD literature as well as lessons for other transitional economies to learn for developing and reforming their own VET system.
