ABSTRACT

This chapter synthesizes the theory from Part I with the practice from Part II to evaluate CLiCK’s (Commercially Licensed Co-operative Kitchen’s) successes on the insider/micro level. It offers reflective and honest insight into the difficulties of turning theory into practice, especially when those theories seek to achieve ‘justice’ on the micro and macro levels and as such in praxis. Additionally, it recognizes that successes and failures, like all binaries and in fact inseparable and context dependent.
