ABSTRACT

This chapter is a current evaluation from the author’s positionality of CLiCK’s (Commercially Licensed Co-operative Kitchen’s) failures and unknowns based on the lenses of just sustainabilities and intersectionality in theory, in daily practice, and thus in praxis. As in the previous chapter, this one further explores the internal/micro issues that the author identifies as failures, while once again exploring the intersecting issues of racism, sexism, classism, and other manifestations of the vagaries of human interaction in relation to running a non-profit, all of which are further reinforced by the external/macro dynamics of a highly unequal and capitalist society.
