ABSTRACT
1. I had lunch today at the IISS. The main guest was the Hungarian Ambassador. At the end of lunch Francois Heisbourg initiated a round-table discussion about developments in Hungary. (The discussion was under Chatham House rules 1 and should not be quoted.)
