ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes five superpowers: genuine engagement; collective solutions; transformative spaces; co-creation building blocks; and positive-impact strategy tool. Superpowers 1 to 3 are three different aspects of the process – different levels of collaboration that need to be mastered to at least some degree to ensure that the collaboration can work. Superpowers 4 and 5 are two different approaches to tame the different steps of co-creation – different phases of co-creation that together build a cohesive whole. Superpower 1 outlines the challenges for an individual participant of a co-creative process and offers insights and shortcuts to overcome some of the toughest challenges we have encountered in our work. Superpower 2 describes challenges at the team and group level and offers insights in how to advance processes when group-related conflicts or tensions prevent a smooth progress. Superpower 5 is specially designed for the many heroes in corporations.
