ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a basic summary of international trade law. It is current through the conclusion of the negotiation (but not the ratification) of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) as a replacement for NAFTA. Select international organizations, conventions, multilateral and bilateral agreements governing U.S. trade are discussed.
