ABSTRACT
This chapter identifies specific Ethical Standards in the applicable Professional Code of Ethics pertaining to responsibilities to clients and colleagues, including issues of diversity, fee setting, documentation, disclosures, and client rights. The Ethical Code Scavenger Hunt is a lively, engaging, and thought provoking way to learn ethics. The trainer reads questions aloud from the Ethical Code Scavenger Hunt Questions Handout and a timer is set for 2 minutes. Participants search through their applicable Professional Code of Ethics to locate as many of the specific Ethical Standards that pertain to the questions as they can. Answers are turned in and a discussion is led on the Ethical Standards. Participants are awarded Value Bucks for correct answers.
